40G MTP® Cassette Most cassettes you see on the market are made will very thin steal which make them very flimsy and not able protect the inside components well. We made our MTP/MPO Cassettes with durable .060 gauge aluminum and finished them with a black powder coat. Also to reduce the bend radius on the MTP/MPO cable we placed the connector on the back at an angle. We offer 2 different lines, our standard and premium. The difference between the two is having built in shutters on the front side of the premium Cassettes. The shutters protect from dust entering the adapter and damaging the glass or creating a bad connection.
